Taormina holidays

I had a wonderful 12 days at this seafront apartment. Imagine you open the door each morning at 0530 and there is the whole of the Giardini Naxos bay in front of you and views of the Taormina skyline. I could not have been happier! I have stayed up in Taormina on Corso Umberto many times before, but these days the outrageous pricing and overbearing crowds ruin the holiday experience. It is just not fun to stay up there any more. Better to go up for a visit and then come back to the beach and relax. The unit is very well fitted out with small kitchen/all utensils, coffee machine, iron/board - nothing was missing. Plenty of hot water and aircon was excellent. Bus stop up to Taormina is 50m to the right and train station to Catania, Catania airport, Messina or Siracusa is less than 10 min walk to the left. Minimarket and Fruit Shop are 3 doors down and around corner is Micali Bakery, Franco Cakes/Gelato and excellent Sicilia in Bocca has probably the best rosmary chicken on the spit and caponata I have ever eaten. 😋 Truely, your life cannot get better on holiday!! I will absolutely book again when I return later in the year.

Location, location, location. It’s right on the water! The town is actually Giardini which is just south of Taromina. It’s perfect. You can get anywhere you want by walking. Great restaurants, close to train and bus if needed, and on the water. The facility is small but has everything you need.

Lontano dai lidi e dalla movida. Più di 2 km a piedi. La vista mare dalla porta d'ingresso non si può godere a pieno . Struttura a pian terreno Il parcheggio a pagamento 15 €al giorno per avere le macchine degli altri parcheggiate davanti la porta.
