The space is nice and comfortable.
No information was provided about the fact the motorway runs behind the building and the railway line runs in front of it. Although the sea is close, I specifically asked whether there is a beach close and the answer was yes. In reality the "beach" is a two square meter rocky spot, impossible even to climb into the water. This was highly disappointing.
