Главные плюсы этого дома — близкий пляж, удобство со стиркой и большая веранда. Здесь можно комфортно отдыхать всей семьей и не тратить время на долгие дороги к морю. А панорамный вид с террасы станет прекрасным дополнением к завтракам и семейным вечерам.
Из минусов стоит отметить лишь устаревшую душевую кабину, которая требует обновления или полной замены.

I’m very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was cozy, well equipped, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The highlight is the terrace with a lovely sea view, and it takes less than a minute to reach the beach!
The only minor issue was that sunbeds and an umbrella - mentioned in previous reviews - weren’t available (the owner explained they were broken).
