Good location. The bathroom and kitchen seemed clean, ac worked well. Nice box fan.
The windows for the main bedroom were not installed completely, the exterior walls were covered with Tyvek that crinkled in the wind. Construction started outside the bedroom window at 9am on Monday morning and someone came by at 9:30am to ask for access to the windows from inside the unit. Parking was not marked. There was only one blanket in a unit that supposedly sleeps five. Rugs and pillow shams were dirty and stained. The cot was quite low in the middle. There was no hand soap and the TV would not stay on for more than 30-40 minutes at a time. We only paid $65 per night, so my expectations were not high, but having a room in an active construction space was not communicated or appreciated. I definitely wouldn't want to pay a normal summer season rate for this space. It's pretty crazy you would rent it like this.
