About this apartment rental
Condesa 302 is a charming one bedroom ocean block condo conveniently located on 38th street close to the convention center in Ocean City, Maryland. The property has a comfortable feel with impressive detailed accents throughout with an updated full kitchen, dining area with seating for four and living room with a wall-mounted flat screen TV (streaming only) for evening entertainment. From the condo's balcony, you can see and hear the Atlantic Ocean while you sip your morning coffee. Accommodating up to five guests, the bedroom has both a double and twin bed, and also offers a desk/computer nook with a flat screen TV, while the living room has a double sleeper sofa. Condesa's desirable location is a quick walk to the beach and popular Coconuts Beach Bar & Grille and a short drive to downtown Ocean City and the famous Boardwalk. Property rents mini weeks/full weeks in season with a check in/out day of Thursday or Sunday. Off season is any three nights.
Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. A linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping and No pets, please.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We enjoyed our stay on 38th street. Cute little apartment close enough to everything but also away from the noise of the boardwalk. Really enjoyable stay.

Loved this property! The location was perfect and the property itself was great. The only issue was that I wish we didn’t have to check in at a secondary location and I wish we didn’t have to bring our own linens and soap. But overall it was a great stay and definitely plan on booking again next year!

While i knew what i signed up for, i was still a bit shocked that linens were not already provided and had to be paid for. additionally i have never stayed anywhere in OC where basic toilet paper was not provided.
