Location in Warnambool was very handy. Lots of space. WiFi was good and TV relatively updated - easy to get onto our subscription services.
Cleanliness could have been better, We had to strip the main bed and replace the sheets (crumpled & stained). Used the laundry and dryer needed lint cleaned. Previous visitors left bathroom rubbish in main bathroom drawers. Air conditioner in main bedroom sorely in need of re-gassing. Room was Hot and AC didn't work. Main vents/fans in Bathroom full of dust. Expensive stay for state of property.
