Delay to get to the room not prepared prior check in

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. A small bedside table would help a great deal as there’s no place to keep the phone or any small accessories.

Wi-Fi was not getting connected, responses from the manager were selective- some issues were addressed immediately but some like Wi-Fi message was never answered.

Spacious rooms

It was fairly clean, that was all.

Looking at the pictures and reviews, I expected the stay to be good for the price I paid, but it did not meet expectations. The space felt quite congested, and the hall had clothes hanging on stands, which created an unpleasant smell. The water bottles and glasses seemed either old or not properly cleaned, and even the RO water had a strange taste. Additionally, during my 4-day stay, there was no housekeeping support for changing sheets or providing fresh linens/bath linens. Overall, the experience was just average and could have been much better
