The property is centrally located with easy access to transportation and restaurants. Very well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, well kept, clean rooms and very spacious especially for a city like Mumbai. Basic needs are right below the property such as medical, food, grooming including a temple and a garden for walking.

Other guests especially those coming in large numbers should ideally book the entire apartment to avoid causing inconvenience to other guests. While one guest held good civic sense and treated the property well the other guests occupied every inch of the apartment, left soiled unclean utensils on the kitchen and sink, threw garbage around the kitchen and hall room with absolutely no hygiene levels and respect for other guest. They would cook from 5AM and have door bells ringing right until 10PM, loud noises from utensils and talking, little child kept opening my door. While the property is perfect for urgent needs there should be strict rules for such guests who cause inconvenience to others or better is to provide them the entire apartment instead of just one room to avoid discomfort to other guests. Debashish (staff) was very helpful in getting the apartment cleant and tried his best to speak to these people but to no avail.

It's a very good location, not too much of traffic, the market is nearby where you get most of your daily needs fulfilled. The Rooms are clean and well maintained, Staff is good. I always try to book it whenever I travel to Mumbai.

We were shifted in other rooms as they sometimes overbook the rooms. They also reduce the number of days of your stay later on after your stay. (Not sure what benefit they get out of it. May be for taxes etc) As they had overbooked, they can ask guests to wait in your premises. In our case they made the house a waiting room from morning 5am and needless to say the guests will be using the same washroom which you use in case of external bathroom rooms.
