The owner:Mr Ajikal Bosumata was extremely understanding and helpful. We were staying with our families for the wedding of our sister. Even though the policy of the apartment complex is to not let cars inside we requested the car to be allowed inside only for the bride and the owner arranged for this at the right time and we were able to proceed smoothly for the wedding. He has arranged for everything possible. The apartment complex is nice and looks beautiful especially in the evening/night with all the lights lit up. The tiffin service provided within the complex:Balaji tiffin was just the comfort food we needed.

In between our stay the apartment association took the decision to not allow any delivery executives(Swiggy,zomato,etc) inside till our flat door due to security concerns however they were allowed for the residents who owned the flats. Because of this anyone staying in apartments like us had to come to the gate for any deliveries which is not practical for senior citizens staying on top floors. While the owner tried to intervene the association didn't budge. This was affecting other tenants as well.

Nice, cozy and clean flat. Near Saki naka metro station. Has all basic amenities. Quite comfortable.

Too compact. The bedroom and washroom were a bit too tiny.

I booked this place for the second time because my last experience of 2 nights was more or less fine. We just wanted to put our heads in.

Booking process- no transperancy. After getting confirmation via email, whatsapp message, I get yet another message: ".Dear Guest, We sincerely regret to inform you that due to a technical glitch in our channel manager, the inventory remained open despite being closed, which unfortunately resulted in an overbooking for your dates. As we will not be able to accommodate your reservation, we kindly request you to cancel the booking from your end. There will be no charges applied, and we truly regret the inconvenience caused." If there was a problem why didn't you cancel from your end, why the customer has to do it? But I did it. But I saw rooms were available, so I booked again. This time I called one of the staff whose number was available with me from my previous booking. Now the fun begins.. Unreliable, risky payment process----you're given 4/5 QR codes by the caretaker, to make payment because it didn't go through and the caretaker starts explaining why it's not going through how the bank people will call us...blah blah. We came here, one of us an Assam Administrative Officer to learn why payment is failing. So book this place and pay at your own risk. Remember he has the aadhar too. Facilities... passable. We booked for 4, and we had 2 glasses, 1/4 of the clothes stand as the boy used it to dry bed linens in the front room the entire time we're there. It felt like sitting in a laundry. There are no hooks or soap case in washroom. Pillows are old and need change. Sticky kitchen floor, sink. Bad Staff...the young caretaker is very sly and is the only contact person that you actually meet in real time, while checking in. He pretends not to understand even when you speak Hindi but smart enough to confuse you. He behaves as if we're at his mercy for letting us in and btw we pay for this favour. Check out...very outrageous experience.
