We booked our stay at Hotel Golden Tulipz through Agoda, but it was a highly disappointing experience. Despite the hotel knowing our arrival time well in advance, the room was completely unprepared and poorly maintained.
Upon entering, we noticed that towels were missing. The bedsheets and pillows were visibly stained and the cap on the shower gel bottle was broken. To make matters worse, the bathroom had serious drainage issues, causing the water to clog constantly.
The service and staff behavior were equally unacceptable. Late at night, staff members were humming and singing loudly. One female staff member was particularly loud and lacked basic professional decency at the time of breakfast.
This property suffers from terrible maintenance and unprofessional management. I would not recommend staying here.
