Je na skvělém místě v nejvíc centru města. Tři minuty od centrální tramvajové zastávky. Hned vedle je supermarket. Poloha v Chemnitz nemůže být lepší.
Neuvěřitelně nepohodlné a nepraktické. To neprojektoval architekt, ale snad manželka investora po třech lahvích prosecca. Nesmyslný koridor na balkón. Nesmyslně umístěná kuchyňská linka. Navíc malá, není vůbec k ničemu. Strašně měkká postel, že z ní bolí záda. Na gauči se nedá sedět déle, než pár minut. Sice nové, čisté, ale laciné, nefunkční a nepraktické.
