Picobello sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Haltestelle der Bahn ist leider sehr nah, damit ist der Bremsvorgang unüberhörbar.

Als wir die Lokalität - ein Werkstattgebäude - von außen sahen, waren wir ein bisschen verunsichert, aber die Wohnung erwies sich als groß, sauber und zwar etwas schlicht, aber wirklich gut ausgestattet. Das WLAN hat funktioniert. Es gibt eine funktionsfähige Küche und einen Kühlschrank, nur die TV-Fernbedienung meldete ständig, dass die Batterien leer wären. In der Nähe der Unterkunft ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und bis zur Innenstadt sind es nur zwei Stationen, man könnte aber durchaus auch laufen.
Keine großen Probleme. In der Dusche war kein Duschgel, den WLAN-Schlüssel mussten wir erst erfragen und die Batterien der TV-Fernbedienung waren leer. Als wir das Haus verlassen wollten, hat der Schlüssel erstmal böse geklemmt, aber wir konnten uns schließlich doch befreien.

Die Freundliche und Zeitnahe Kommunion sowie die gute Parkmöglichkeit. Ebenfalls das es zu Einrichtungen und der City relativ fußläufig liegt.
Pauschal die Vorbeifahrenden Züge/Güterwagen an der Unterkunft... Wobei man sich da relativ gut dran gewöhnt.
