Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, nahe am Zentrum. Viel gut eingerichteter Wohnraum. Einrichtung gut und ausreichend. Sehr netter und agiler Vermieter.
Langfristiges Sanierungsgebiet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind begrenzt.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und geht auf kurzfristige Wünsche ein. Er erkundigt sich nach dem Wohlbefinden und ist immer ansprechbar. Die Wohnungen sind aufgeräumt, sauber und voll ausgestattet. Balkon ist vorhanden. WLAN funktioniert problemlos. TV mit Netflix etc. vorhanden. Im Haus ist es ruhig. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich fußläufig entfernt, ebenso Imbiss und Geldautomat. ÖPNV mit Direktverbindung in die Innenstadt und zum EKZ. Vielen Dank!

Super lokalizacja: blisko centrum, dworca kolejowego, a jednocześnie cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie czyste, zadbane, w pełni wyposażone i umeblowane, bardzo dużo miejsca, wszystkie sprzęty działają, ogrzewanie wydajne. Mili i pomocni gospodarze - przyjechałam 2 godziny przed godziną zameldowania i nie było z tego powodu żadnych problemów. W szafkach dodatkowe poduszki i koce. Na moje potrzeby mieszkanie było idealne.
Jak dla mnie wszystko było OK, ale jeśli ktoś planuje długi pobyt, to może mu brakować szafy, w której można rozwiesić ubrania i pralki.

Die Lage ist sehr schön in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Der Vermieter war nicht da. Ich habe telefonisch eingecheckt. Ich habe leider keine Person gesehen. Ich war ende November dort. Bei Bezug war die Wohnung nicht geheizt. Ich habe insgesamt 3 mal nach einer Rechnung gefragt und bis heute keine erhalten.
