Comfortable bed and spacious rooms and bathrooms
No fence on the pool to separate the rice field and pool. There was a man who kept walking up and down from the unfenced pool . No privacy.

Property was looks good.. from inside
Property was looks good ,, but floor was very dirty..left permanent shoe prints and mud marks..which was not removed after cleaning..and bugs and aints everywhere on the corner..shower head was blocked..didn’t work properly..no privacy fence between rice field and swimming pool..farmers can easily seen us while we swimming on the pool.. Manager ryan was not cooperative..and asked 500000 indonesian currency as a deposit, which was not mentioned on booking conditions… Early Breakfast request was declined everytime.. All staff was inspecting the property on check out time..which was very disappointing movement..

The villa was absolutely gorgeous and in a quiet and pleasant area just outside of Ubud center.
The staff was a little bit unresponsive. We had to check out very early but couldn’t find a staff member to give the keys back to.
