Calm and Peaceful

It was clean and maintained very well including the pool. Nyoman was very friendly and was good to talk to. The location is peaceful without much noise. floating breakfast was arranged on request and it was tasty. All together we enjoyed the stay and it’s really a value for money space. Had some friendly dogs around and if you are scared of dogs this won’t be for you:)

The only negative we experienced was a power outage at one night which was really frustrating as the weather was humid with no water. It took few hours and to my surprise the villa didn’t have a backup! Hope they will sort this out so that there will be some back up in future.

Great villa for relaxing and doing nothing

Nyoman and his crew and how genuine and hospitable they are. How clean the villa is, how comfortable the beds and pillows are.

The location is about 10 - 20 mins drive from Ubud. Except for magic hands massage 5 mins walk up the road, there is nothing much here. Good for replacing, reading and working, or if you have your own bike, otherwise cumbersome to get anything you need.

The serene surroundings, breathtaking views, and thoughtful attention to every detail created a perfect sense of peace and romance. From the beautiful design to the kindness of the staff, everything made us feel deeply cared for. This villa wasn’t just a place to stay—it became a cherished part of our honeymoon memories, and we will always be grateful for the experience. We request few things out of the services they do but i must say they just deliver it so well. When the owner got to know that we are here for our honeymoon, he surprisingly left a cake for us in the fridge. We rented a scooter from him too and he didn’t even charge us the whole amount. One of the best owner and staff, anybody looking for stay in ubud, must check out this place. And last but not the least breakfast was 10/10 always too.

A stunning place with very pleasant villa owners. They are always welcoming and smiling and ready to help. They also rent scooters. Breakfast is always delicious in the morning. The room is spacious, with plenty of room for personal belongings and suitcases. The bathroom and shower are large. Hot water is always available. The room is air-conditioned.

Lovely private villa

Great breakfast that you choose from a menu and lovely comfortable villa. Quieter location than in the main area of Ubud, which is good for relaxing, but it’s a 45-60 minutes walk into the central area. I like walking so enjoyed the walk, and got a taxi occasionally (grab is notably cheaper!) Please note that access is through the courtyard of a family home. The family are warm and welcoming, and this seems to be the common thing for this area. You’re completely in private space that safe and secure (doors lock/bolt etc) There’s a water filter in the villa so you can easily top up water bottles too.

Got bitten every night even though there’s a net around the bed :( Can’t blame that on the villa or its facilities for the bugs

Private sanctuary

The villa is very comfortable. We loved the privacy of having our own entrance, garden and pool. The bed is so comfortable. Also loved the partial outdoor bathroom with beautiful big bath and shower. The breakfast every morning was delicious and we liked that there was a different juice every day.

The only drawback was that roosters crowed at all hours, not just at dawn. It woke me up constantly. I am a light sleeper and so sleep wuth ear plugs, but even that wasn't enough.

Beautifully presented. Balinese authentic. Private but help or service not far away. Felt very relaxed and safe.

This villa was a beautiful retreat and the perfect authentic feel. Very private but you felt connected to the surroundings and the owners were just a whats app message away which we utilised for meals and transport. You knew you were in Bali which is what we wanted. The grand teak doors that open to the bedroom were gorgeous and we felt so relaxed with our villa layout. Great accommodation choice. Would book again with hesitation.

Wonderful Villas

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. You order breakfast the night before and it is brought to the room. Lovely pool area. The BEST shower we’ve had in Bali! We stayed here during the biggest thunderstorm and felt safe. Bathroom is outside but all undercover and private. The villas are at the back of the family’s home so you walk through courtyard to get to villas but you have so much privacy in your villa so not a problem. Room was cleaned daily.

There are Roosters in the morning so we needed to use earplugs. It is further into Ubud centre than we initially thought but this is mainly due to traffic. Usually about 15- 20mins in car.

A perfect stay in a peaceful private villa. I couldn’t have been happier!

I loved everything about this villa. The private pool was beautiful and well-maintained, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the surroundings felt peaceful and relaxing. The staff were kind, helpful, and made the stay feel very welcoming. The location was also perfect, close enough to Ubud but still quiet and private.

Honestly, nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded my expectations.

You're missing out

Amazing villas, exactly like the pictures! The hosts are extremely generous and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for 8 days. We felt at home there and were very welcomed into the community. The villa was clean and spacious, and we loved having a private pool and fresh breakfast each morning. They were extremely accommodating and helped us arrange drivers for tours and airport pick up/drop off and arranged a masseuse. They have thought of little things that make your stay that much better, e.g., filtered water dispensers, bug spray and power socket adapters. The villa was one of the highlights of our stay and we will definitely stay there again. Ubud centre is just 10 minutes away and there's alot of tourist-y things to do that are not too far from the villa like the monkey forest, aloha bali swings, rice terraces etc, we just hired a driver for a day and managed to squeeze alot in. Ubud is quieter than Kuta which we preferred.

Amazing place

Best place in Ubud! A nice quiet place. The host very helpfull and friendly, helped us with everything we needed and even invited us at a family ceremony at their family temple where he explained the customs of the ceremony. The breakfast is good and fresh and have many options. Cleaning in the room every day. The pool very clean and nice. We are really happy that we found this place that made our trip to Ubud more confortable!

The owners are locals, and showed warm Balinese hospitality. Great pool, outside living space, comfy bed. As there are 3 villas, it has a non commercial vibe, yet everything is very professional. I wanted a quiet relaxed stay outside of the touristy area, and that's exactly what I got.

Top accommodation with wonderful host !

Everything was perfect. The villa with private pool was spacious, well equipped and very clean. Above all, what made our stay so special and enjoyable was our host Gianyar. Gianyar is one of the nicest people that I have had the pleasure to meet. He was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. He took us to and from Ubud with his car, gave us recommendations, booked trips for us and served us breakfast. All of this with a constant genuine smile on his face, top man ! We would definitely go back there without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything.

Quiet, comfortable luxury & great value

Beautiful villa, each bedroom had aircon & ensuite bathroom with all supplies provided. Breakfast was superb. The staff were all really friendly & could arrange transport & trips if needed. The pool was fabulous & great to cool off in. A little far from Ubud centre to walk, but easy to get a Grab car (like Uber) or Gojek (bike). Great coffee shop & other restaurant options within walking distance.

This was an excellent place to wind down and relax - a wonderful introduction to Bali!

The property was beautiful, quiet and gave us the break we needed from Ubud central. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were so helpful and friendly! They provided a shuttle from the airport, and we hired this driver for the rest of our stay. Special note: The pool was so lovely to come back to, after site seeing in the heat. Comfy beds and very clean.

The Villa was really clean and we enjoyed a lot. Oh my God super clean I would say I would never find such kind of cleaning ever. I think this is the best and cleanest place I ever visited. I’ll definitely recommend this villa to you guys at least once you should visit it’s really really clean. You should definitely visit this place.

We spend such a good time in this villa. This is a quiet area. 10min from the center of Ubud by scooter or car. The host are very nice and reactive. The breakfast was lovely. And you can also have lunch and dinner at the villa. You have possibilité to rent some scooter.

La ubicación es excelente. A menos de 10 minutos del centro de Ubud en moto. Pudimos alquilar la moto en el mismo alojamiento. La villa era estupenda. El desayuno excelente también. El último día nos marchamos a las 6:30 y aunque el horario del desayuno era a partir de las 7 nos preparó un desayuno a las 6 de la mañana. La estancia ha sido estupenda. Sin duda repetiría!

Slechte ligging, de buren waren hun plastic en rijstveld aan het afbranden, heel toxische lucht, elke dag. De hanen begonnen snachts reeds te kraaien, de honden de hele dag door te blaffen, echt geen rust. De accomodatie was oud en slecht onderhouden. Het zogezegde zwembad was iets groter dan een jacuzzi. Het personeel liet zich amper zien en eigenaar was enkel via telefoon en whatsapp te bereiken. We zijn na 2 dagen vertrokken, het was een grote teleurstelling. We kregen ons geld ook niet terug, enkel enkele euro’s voor het ontbijt dat we reeds vooruit betaald hadden.

5 gece konakladık. Herşeyden çok memnun kaldık. Villa çok güzel ve geniş bahçe düzeni çok şık. Her ihtiyacımızı severek karşıladılar. Balide aşırı yağmura denk geldik ilk gün gece çok geç saat olmasına rağmen bizi istediğimiz yerden aldılar bu çok önemliydi tekrar teşekkürler.

Eğer doğal yaşam ve küçük kertenkele(gecko) hoşlanmıyorsanız biraz hoşnutsuz olabilirsiniz. Asla zararları yok geceleri duvarda oluyorlar sinek böcek avlıyorlar.

Superbe séjour

Magnifique villa, tout confort, avec 2 très belles chambres avec salle de bain attenante. Les hôtes sont adorables, très accueillants et facilement joignables. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Possibilité de prendre le repas du midi ou du soir, servi dans la villa. Très belle piscine.

Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen. Sehr netter Gastgeber, Essen konnte man jederzeit bestellen.

Frühstück war super. Man konnte auswählen was man essen wollte. Sandwich sehr lecker. Gab immer frisches Obst und Säfte. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb, dafür ruhig. Aber durch den Fahrdienst den der Vermieter anbietet, ist das kein Problem.

Es war alles top. Gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Encantadora villa, confortable i enmig d'una zona preciosa.

Villa molt bonica i acollidora, enmig d'un entorn natural i tranquil, amb un personal que ens va complaure amb tot i un esmorzar ben preparat. El responsable, en Nyomar, ens va fer el servei de taxi i de guia.

La ubicació es bona, pero queda una mica apartada del centre de Ubud i dels bons restaurants, cal sempre un transport i no es gens recomanable llogar un vehicle degut al mal estat dels carrers i la caótica conducció dels balinesos.
