Clean apartment with all the essential amenities, including dishwasher and washing machine. Train and buses were nearby. Neighborhood is also safe. J’Agora bar opposite the building has excellent craft beers.

The location is slightly further away from downtown Porto, so we did spend some time commuting everyday (although it does not take more then 30min)

Situation géographique proche des transports urbains et des centres d'intérêts de Porto. Immeuble récent, moderne et de très bon standing et calme. Propreté irréprochable. Studio bien équipé, literie impeccable propre et confortable.

Pas d'explication pour le fonctionnement du digicode de la porte de l'immeuble. Code d'accès au studio erroné. Nous avons du appeler l'assistance qui ne parlait pas français... Vue décevante au 1er étage sur une cour intérieure qui ne rend pas la petite terrasse accueillante et que nous n'avons pas eu envie d'utiliser pour cette raison.

El estudio es PRECIOSO, super acogedor y muy cómodo, es muy moderno, de verdad que me encantó. La terraza es impresionante. La ubicación es muy buena, a unas 5 paradas en metro del centro. Repetiría 100% si volviese a Oporto, lo recomiendo mucho

Por poner una pega, no tiene microondas, y me parece uno de los electrodomésticos más imprescindibles, aunque se puede vivir sin eso. La ducha es increíble, pero debe de estar taponada porque no traga bien el agua cuando te duchas y terminas con el baño encharcado

The host owns two identical apartments: one on the 1st Floor and one on the 4th. I have stayed in both and both apartments are very clean, convenient and nice. The apartment has all the facilities I needed: dishwasher, washing machine, flatiron, aircon, and a well equiped kitchen and bathroom. I also loved the area where the apartments are situated: peaceful, clean and close to the city center. There’s also a great pub (j’agora) across the building. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Porto.

The electronic lock on the front door jammed once. This was resolved quickly, though. The coffee machine uses specific Nespresso pads. The host provides a few upon arrival, but I could not find the pads themselves in the supermarket.
