Apartment situated in the Avenida da República in Vila Nova de Gaia. Located in the 6th floor of a modern building overlooking the Avenue and the city, in Vila Nova de Gaia-Porto.
This 2 bedroom modern apartment sleeps 4 and is new. Is located in the heart of the city, the modern area of Vila Nova de Gaia. Ideal for holiday or short stay and also a great place to live.
Features a spacious living room with excellent view to the Boulevard and to the city. The leaving room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 42 inch LCD TV, cable TV with 100 channels and free access to wireless Internet with speed of 50 Mb/s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment and utensils needed. There is also a laundry.
The 2 rooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing rest. One of the rooms is a suite with full bathroom. The other is a double bedroom with a full bathroom. Both rooms have a window facing the Avenue of the Republic with a great view.
Offers a large parking place in the basement.

The apartment was very well situated, it had all of the necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was great to have a 2nd bedroom to sleep in (when one of us snored 😉). Very useful to have access to a garage for our rented car.

We have been please to spend 5 days in Vila Nova de Gaia because it is true that we are only few minutes away of most of Porto attractions. You took the metro who pass beside the condo and you are in Porto in no time. It does not mean that Vila Nova de Gaia does not have any attraction. It is fun to walk there and visit few port houses. You can also find good sangrias quite easily.
The apartment is large enough to host four adults and has all the furnitures you may need. It is nicely decorated even though chosing white couch and chair covers is a strange decision.
Not too far, we have found a nice grocery and a marvelous place for breakfasts and pastries. Highly recommended.
