New apartment, located on the Avenida da República in Vila Nova de Gaia. Located in a 15th floor of a modern building with great views of the city, in Vila Nova de Gaia - Porto with magnificent sun exposure.
This modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 and is new. It is located in the heart of the city, the modern area of Vila Nova de Gaia, 3 minutes from the center of Porto by surface MTR. Ideal for holidays or short breaks and also a great place to live.
It features a large living room with great views of the city and a graceful balcony. The room is equipped with comfortable and modern sofas, has a 46-inch LCD TV, cable TV with over 150 channels and free wireless internet access 50 Mb / s. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all appliances, equipment, and utensils needed. It also has a laundry room.
The 2 bedrooms are equipped with king size beds and super comfortable mattresses to allow a deep and relaxing sleep. One room is a suite with full bath. The other is a double bedroom, also featuring a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have windows facing west, with a great view from where you can see the sea on the horizon.
It has a private parking place in the basement.

A little tricky to find, but we were glad when we did. Very convenient location, O Gato is a fabulously decadent place to eat. Plenty of room for my friends and I. it was a great place to live for a week, and we appreciated the full kitchen to cook meals during our stay. The mechanical shutters helped block out early morning light when we needed to recover from long travels. In short it was very clean, quiet, comfortable, and everything was in working order.

We chose this area instead of the old town. Glad we did. Local restaurants were great and the metro into Porto was easy.

Nice 15th floor older style apartment, with all the necessities including undercover parking. Right on the metro/tram line and across the bridge into central Porto. Friendly/non touristy area.
