Beautifully presented room. Lovely surroundings - although you need to avoid the many potholes on the lane to the property. A warning would’ve been nice.
There’s an inter-leading door which joins the annex you stay in to their property. I woke for the toilet during the night which disturbed their dog. It barked for a good 15 minutes and at gone midnight is not ideal.
I was also woken by the dog barking at about 06:30 when it’d been let into the garden by the room.
There was winter sheets on the bed in the hottest June on record. Despite knowing temperatures were going to be high, no fan or even bottle of water were available.
It would’ve been a nice thought in the current heatwave.

Everything was clean and made with a style. Very calm and quiet at night.
The weather was really hot this day and in the room was no air conditioning. Though, in the evening the room was cool, in the morning it became as hell. Additionally, we were expecting to see some toiletries, as we saw it as benefits in the previous comments, however there was none. Would be great if there was at least one bottle of water, because we were very thirsty.

Relatively new build property that was very nicely decorated with modern furnishings and a small but very modern, attractive bathroom. Peaceful, farmyard views of horses in the paddock next door. Private entrance with easy access.
We struggled to find the property as it is very rural and the satnav takes one down the wrong road if using the post code to navigate. A couple of road signs placed strategically by the owners would have helped! Whilst the room was very tastefully decorated it was let down by small bath towels and only two pillows on the double bed. As another reviewer mentioned, the hot water was a problem on the morning we left but it had worked the night before so I am not sure what the problem was.

The Shed although immaculate and decorated to a great standard was let down by the entrance area as you drive in. It may be a work in progress but did not feel inviting.
Unfortunately both my partner and I did not feel very settled and wanted to leave asap the next morning. I think some human contact may have made the experience better.
The front entrance to the plot, not at all welcoming. Needs much attention. Think it is work in progress. This should be advised.
