Everything was just as described. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities and a super comfortable bed. Beautiful neighborhood with minimal light pollution and top tier stargazing. Excellent communication and simple check-in/check-out. On top of all that, the host contacted me a couple hours after we left and let us know he'd found a necklace we left behind. Will definitely stay again in the future. Book with confidence!

Simple is how I would describe the stay, which is exactly what you want when you're at a home away from home. While we didn't take in the amenities, we spent most of our time hiking and seeing sites, there were a lot available. The kitchen is stocked with utensils and other cooking equipment to make it easy to make your own meals, if you're not eating out. A last minute change with my dog sitter caused me to bring her along, and the owner was very accommodating. The home was clean, the instructions were easy to follow and it is somewhere I would book again for an extended weekend. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful trip and stay at Hatch House. The house had everything we needed, plus extras! The welcome basket and toiletries were a nice touch.
We enjoyed our time at the lake beaches and the house was conveniently located near Charlottesville, too!
We would love to stay here again!
