This 1-bedroom mansion in Lisciano Niccone is perfect for a small family or 3 persons. It has a private furnished terrace to enjoy the Italian sun with a cool drink and wait for the evenings to light up the barbecue.
The mansion is located in the Niccone valley on the border with Tuscany and Umbria. In the surroundings, a combination of beautiful landscapes, castle ruins, vineyards, olive groves, hills, and forests is present. You will find the town center and several grocery stores at 1 km. Restaurants serving authentic Italian cuisine are at 2 km. Lake Trasimeno is 18 km away and great for a day out.
In the lovely furnished garden, you can enjoy healthy breakfasts before setting out on tours or activities. The shared swimming pool is great to take a refreshing dip on a hot day or after returning from tours or activities. Parking is available.
The airport is 38 km.
TIP: For your electric car: there are plenty of charging stations in the nearby village of Umbertide
