Nestled in the woods near the heart of the alpine village of Helen. Your newly renovated 3 bedroom private home. The tubing adventures, dinning , winery tours and shopping only minutes nearby.

Peace and Privacy but close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the location and the outdoors space. Bärenhöle- is your personal "Bear Cave". and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and groups.
Traditional Cabin with Views, Roomy, Lots of Deck space, Great In town Location
Bärenhöhle is within the city limits for easy access to all Helen has to offer, walking (or hiking the hill back up to the cabin) distance for shopping, dining, bars, tubing, water park, go-carts, horse rides, hiking, biking, kayaking, mountain roads, views etc.
Main level is fully updated and has great traditional cabin feel with soaring ceiling and windows with views everywhere. The gathering area is complete with dining set, comfortable seating, 65' Led HDTV, covered porch for more relaxing time. Two bedrooms and two full baths are located on this level.
Terrace level, features another bedroom with twin over full bed bunks, full bathroom, laundry room and another gathering area. Gaming area complete with foos ball, games and more. The common area here is outfitted with a daybed and trundle for more sleeping accommodations. The deck outside has very nice and private Jacuzzi hot tub. Deck wraps the house and accesses the fire pit and outdoor swing.
All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and have access privately to full baths. If you want to just kick back and relax included is Netflix subscription. I

The property was located close enough to downtown yet far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountain area.White water rafting was only 30-45 minutes away. Excellent area to hike, tube, kayak, raft, and explore.

Our stay at Bärenhöhle was amazing. Paige was always quick to respond. We had an issue with the A/C and it was fixed shortly after. Bärenhöhle is conveniently located close to everything Helen has to offer. If your looking for outdoor adventure you're just a shirt drive from Georgia's highest mountain and Unicoi State Park. Our family loved it and already talking about gong back next year!

My family of four truly enjoyed our stay here! The home was really clean and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig and K-cups for us to enjoy coffee throughout our stay. We have stayed at many rentals and this one was stocked with supplies that were easy to find. The kids liked the game room. Arcade games are fun, but we appreciated and liked that there were plenty of board games, a dart board, shuffle board, and a foosball table to keep them off devices. The cabin is really close to activities and town. It's in walking distance if you don't mind walking. We still drove to Cowboy's and Angels to park because it was so hot. We didn't use the fire pit for that same reason, but it's a really nice setup if you're able to stay during the cool or cold months. Another nice plus was that the bathrooms have forced heat, which I've never seen before. Great feature for the cold months! Paige was so responsive when I had questions or needed something. She truly cared about taking care of our needs and making us feel at home. She's one of the best hosts we've had!
