Welcome to The Alpine River Bear vacation home!
Our Cabin Themed Townhouse is right on the Chattahoochee River in Helen, walking distance to The Helen FestHalle and Oktoberfest festival each September and October. Also walk to the 2 main river Tubing company pick up points or the Helen Water park, many Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Mini-golf and a couple of great Ice Cream places!
Watch and hear the river flowing by as you enjoy your morning coffee or grilling out on the main level deck.
Loads of Amenities for a great multi-family mountain vacation, including 2 hot tubs on 3 decks directly over the river. Beautiful views of the Chattahoochee River, the hills around Helen, and The Helen Waterpark. Also Fall and Winter views of Mt. Yonah in the distance.
Includes a Home Cinema with 95" Projection Screen and 2 reclining leather sofas!
Fully outfitted Kitchen.
15 minute walk to Helen Tubing or Cool River Tubing and the restaurants on Helen's South Side. Close by restaurants include Big Daddy's, Pink Pig BBQ, Bangkok Haus and many others. 18-20 min walk to the Helen Festival Hall, and a 25 min walk to Downtown Alpine Helen Village locations like Paul's River Deck, Cowboys & Angels or the King Ludwig Beer Garden.
3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths & a 1/2 Bath.
2 Bedrooms have 1 King Bed each,
3rd Bedroom is set up as a bunk room with 1 King bed, 1 large bunk bed with Full size on top and Queen size bed on bottom.

We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse is close to town, but not right in the middle of the noise and crowds. It had everything you needed! Fridge made ice and had filtered water which is kinda unheard of in rentals from my experience. Hot tubs were clean. Owner was easy to reach and super helpful. River in the back of the property was a nice perk. Kids went fishing while we watch from the balcony. They didn’t catch anything, but had fun trying! We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Great Host. We spent a lot of time on the balconies. The weather was amazing and the creek sounds were very Zen.
