About this house rental
This elegantly upgraded home with a private dock on Lake Murray is exactly what you need to relax and have fun! The home sits in a quiet cove but is near big water with easy access to N`Acho Margarita, Martins Landing, and Dreher Island.
This home includes a dock, full kitchen, 2 porches, propane grill, 2 kayaks, 2 SUPs, life jackets, arcade (featuring pac man) ping pong table, and more! Come visit and enjoy a relaxing getaway!
When you walk into the home you enter to an open floor plan. You will see the dining area straight ahead, with views of the lake, and then to your right is the spacious kitchen. The family room is to the left equipped with a smart tv and plenty of seating for the family. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms which share a full bathroom as well as a pull out couch which can sleep an additional two guests.
Downstairs you will find the spacious third bedroom with a queen as well as a full bathroom, mini fridge, and the washer and dryer. To access this bedroom you must walk outside through the lower porch.
The private dock has a ladder for easy swimming. Water around dock is 7` deep during spring and summer.
You`ll have exclusive access to the entire property and private dock.
Bring your own boat or rent a boat from Lake Murray Boat Rentals, they will even deliver!
Park in driveway, there is plenty of room for multiple boats as well as electric outside near the house.
Residence comes with Carolina Connect fiber internet (700 Mbps) which is great for Zoom calls.
Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited. If an event or a party is hosted by the guest they will be asked to close it down immediately. The second time the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will not receive a refund.
This property is a no smoking no vaping property and this is strictly enforced.
Pet friendly with paid pet fee.
You are responsible for your pet while on the property!
*During winter months the lake is down. The view is the same, however the water at the dock may not be as deep.

Great property close to the water. Loved that it had its own boat ramp. Very clean. Very nice outdoor space.

We loved having the paddle boards and kayak on property, the house was very clean inside. If you plan to stay here - bring your own hooks to hang towels there is 0 in the entire house. Closest supermarket is 25 mints away and unless you rent a boat going out to eat is not close either. Therefore the need for cookware is necessary so bring your own pot holders, dishwasher soap, strainer, baking sheets, spoons (they only have 3). If you like to unpack your clothes bring your own dresser and hanger as they have NONE. No coffee table, games, cards, or puzzles....place is very minimal but it is clean and has a nice view!
