Living/sleeping area: an ultra-comfortable sofa bed in a bright room. The accommodation has neither TV nor WI-FI.
Equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, coffee maker (NESPRESSO) and refrigerator.
Renovated bathroom: walk-in shower and designer sink. Separate toilet.
Private terrace with a view of the shared swimming pool
Paid parking at Imbach Parking a 2 mins walk away.

Located in the heart of the city centre: shops, transport and restaurants just a stone's throw away
