Very central with parking right outside and affordable. The flat had all the basic things you would need and the instructions to get in were clear. Ground floor, so no stairs.
Shower drained slowly. For me the bed could be harder; my wife was happy. For my wife the flat could be lighter; I was happy.

Bonjour J'ai aimé l'emplacement. J'ai aimé la facilité d'accès suite aux consignes du propriétaire.
Appartement très humide traces de moisissure au plafond de la salle d'eau. Serviette humide à mon arrivée. Il était indiqué qu'il y avait du café mais en fait non.

El apartamento está en muy buen lugar, especialmente si se acude por trabajo al centro de congresos que está al lado, y a la vez es bastante tranquilo.
Los abundantes mohos del baño (moho negro en el techo, juntas de los azulejos, la mampara, y hasta en la puerta del baño), en general la limpieza era justita. El microondas lo tuve que limpiar yo. El estado del mocho de la fregona con la que había limpiado el suelo y el agua de fregar que habia quedado (estaba allí en su cubo) daban bastante asco, debería cambiarse esa fregona si realmente se quiere limpiar.
