Die Lage des Apartments ist hervorragend, es ist ausgesprochen geräumig und die Möglichkeit ein Auto in einer privaten Tiefgarage im Nachbarhaus abzustellen ist fein. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Es war nicht wirklich sauber, was in WC und Dusche besonders auffiel. Der Eigentümer weiß das und sucht nach einem besseren Reinigungsservice. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände bedürfen eines Updates.
