It is suitable for 3 or 4 people. There is a large bedroom with a double bed. 1 small bedroom. And a mezzanine with a television and a 2-seater bed.
I have a kitty called Pepita. Very nice. You will have to feed her.
You will also have to water: 2 potted lemon trees, a palm tree, and 4 laurels.
There is an excellent piano in the living room, a "korg d1". I'll leave it if you feel like it and you promise to take care of it.
