Superb new small detached wooden frame house of 37 m2 on enclosed private land of 250 m2.
Come and enjoy a perfectly equipped accommodation (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob, baby equipment, barbecue,... and much more! ) and come and rest with family or friends🤩🍹🏖️🩳👙🩴
La Kaz opens onto a large terrace with mini swimming pool (2x2 m and 60 cm of water, not enough to swim but perfect for cooling off and sipping a drink 😅) and bioclimatic pergolas.
Ideally equipped for 4 people, bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 160 cm sofa bed, the mattresses are of very good quality. Very much storage. Reversible air conditioning, sheets, towels, dish towels, everything is provided for your comfort.
Our friends the doggies are welcome🐕.
Non-smoking accommodation inside but the ashtray is on the terrace 😉.
