Cocoonr is pleased to offer this 250 m² architect-designed villa for rent, just a stone’s throw from the Corniche Kennedy and Prophète Beach, providing a peaceful, light-filled and refined setting for a comfortable stay in Marseille. High-quality materials, spacious rooms, contemporary design and a Mediterranean atmosphere blend together elegantly.
Spread over three levels and set within 400 m² of landscaped grounds, the villa comprises:
Upper floor:
- A master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bath, separate toilet)
- A children’s bedroom with 1 bunk bed
- A shower room with sea views and a separate toilet
Ground floor:
- A spacious 75 m² living area comprising a lounge, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, toaster, coffee machine, etc.)
- A dedicated study
- Guest toilet
Lower level (naturally lit by a green skylight):
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200), each with an en-suite bathroom (shower or bath)
- Separate toilet
- An additional office area
Outdoors:
- A 150 m² tropical garden
- A 25 m² heated infinity pool with a sun deck
- Terrace with outdoor furniture, a shaded seating area and a dining area
- Modular relaxation area (with the option to set up a table tennis table)
Additional facilities:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.
The villa is ideally situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood, just a short walk from the Corniche Kennedy, between Roucas Blanc and the Pharo district.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find:
- Le Prophète beach (5 minutes’ walk)
- Le Vallon de l’Oriol, Malmousque and Valmer Park
- Local shops, a market, restaurants and boutiques

This prime location allows you to enjoy the coastline whilst being just a few minutes’ walk from Marseille’s historic city centre.
If you choose to come by car, a private garage is available, as well as a parking space in front of the garage. Paid public parking is available on the street, whilst some sections along the Corniche offer free parking.
Transport:
- Bus route 83 (stops ‘Le Prophète’ or ‘Corniche Talabot’) runs directly along the Corniche and provides easy access to the Vieux-Port and Saint-Charles station.
Marseille Provence Airport is accessible via the direct shuttle bus to Saint-Charles station. However, we recommend using taxis or services such as Uber for greater comfort.
Other notes:
- The accommodation is entirely non-smoking
- Pets are not allowed
- Parties and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited
- Hotel-quality (4/5-star) bed linen and towels are provided. The beds will be made up on your arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided.
