About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Plouharnel. It has a floor area of 139 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 32 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 319 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A bright 32 m² living room with a smart TV providing access only to the TF1+, France.tv and Netflix platforms (no TV decoder or other channels available).
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with toilet
- A garage (no parking available)
Upstairs:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room with toilet.
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds.
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.
Please note: The property has no shutters; the bedrooms are fitted with blackout curtains.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 319 m² garden plus a terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days.
The garden furniture can seat up to 8 people around the table. The garden is now fully turfed.
