In a quiet and natural environment, discover this elegant contemporary single-storey house with a wooden frame. Located in a peaceful residential area and surrounded by fields, it offers the ideal setting for a rejuvenating stay in Brittany.
Bright and perfectly arranged, the house offers beautiful volumes and comfortable living spaces, designed for the well-being of its occupants. Designed, built and equipped for rental, it ensures optimal practicality.
Outside, the large furnished terrace invites you to take full advantage of the sunny days, while the heated and secure swimming pool is a real asset for young and old.
Please note that the swimming pool is only open from April to the end of September.
At the foot of the house, a path will allow you to access the beach in less than 10 minutes by bike.

First floor:
Organized around a large living room of 54 m² including a fully equipped open kitchen, a convivial dining area and a comfortable living room with a pellet stove. A functional scullery completes this space, with washing machine, dryer, freezer and sink.
Sleeping area:
The sleeping area has four bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds in 140 × 200 cm, a bedroom with two single beds and a master suite with a bed in 160x200cm and its private bathroom. A second bathroom with bath and shower is also available.
Exteriors:
Without vis-à-vis, the 50m² furnished terrace and its swimming pool (accessible from April to the beginning of October) will allow you to fully enjoy outdoor meals and moments of relaxation.
Geographical location:
Located in Erdeven, in Morbihan, the house benefits from a privileged location to discover the riches of the region. The large beach of Kerhillio is quickly accessible on foot or by bike.
Discover the Golf Saint Laurent, a stone's throw from the accommodation, nestled between a forest of pines and oaks.
The megalithic sites classified by UNESCO, the ports of character such as Carnac or La Trinité-sur-Mer, the wild coast of Quiberon, as well as the cities of Vannes and Lorient are nearby.
Practical information:
The house is a non-smoking area and pets are not allowed. It is available for weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season, with the possibility of short stays depending on the period.
Linen is not included in this reservation, an optional laundry service is available on request (including bed linen, bath towels and dish towels).
The accommodations are fully privatized in order to guarantee comfort and tranquility to its occupants, you will enjoy the entire house and its outdoor spaces.
