Renovated old Breton barn with garden located in a small hamlet with dunes and the ocean.
After a few steps, you will access the independent accommodation of 95 M2 of the house, the first floor being occupied by the host, with its 3 bedrooms, its large mezzanine (2 additional beds on request), its private access, 500 M walk from the beach.
In the immediate vicinity of the dunes, you will have access on foot to the supervised swimming beaches (July-August), with its kitesurfing spots, its horseback riding (on the beach or trails), its coastal paths, mountain biking in the middle of menhirs, dolmens, chapels...
The barn is removed from the street, you will have the accommodation 'Fruit du soleil':
On the 1st floor
- dining room with fireplace (not usable) fully equipped open kitchen... fridge with freezer, dish towels and hand towels provided
- a bedroom with double bed 160x200 with cupboard
- bathroom and toilet
On the 2nd floor
- a mezzanine of 20 m2 with its large living room (1-seater beds and sofa bed), TV, board games...
- a bedroom with double bed 140x190 with cupboard
- a bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200 with cupboard
- a bathroom, toilet
Outside your garden space on the side of the house overlooking 2 meadows (not cultivated) with garden furniture, barbecue...
- Baby equipment, high chair, travel cot (sheet not provided), safety gate
- The accommodation has free internet
- Private parking for 2 spaces

- 1 km walk from small seasonal shops (bike rental at the mini golf, creperie restaurant, a great beach concert café...)
- 4 kms by car from the Intermarché d'Erdeven
- 4 kms from the Ria d'Etel and its paddle and kayak rides
- 6 Kms from Carnac, megalithic sites
- 10 kms from the Quiberon peninsula and its wild coast
-15 kms from Quiberon and its ferry terminal, Belle Ile en mer, Houat, Hoedic
- 20 kms from the Gulf of Morbihan
