Steps from famed Oak Island sits a true treasure of the South Shore. All the character of an original farm house (circa 1890), with plenty of room of for your whole crew.

We call it a Seastead. The perfect combination of ocean & rustic farm. Visits from the local chickens happen daily! Carefully curated with everything you need, this is not a bland city home. This is a real rural retreat for those looking to kick shoes off, embrace the laid back energy & appreciate a care-free vacation.
