Ground floor: spacious 55 m² living/dining/kitchen area (TV), utility room (washing machine, refrigerator), shower room/WC, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190 cm). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed 140x190 cm, 1 dormitory bedroom (4 single beds 90x190 cm), shower room, separate WC. Wi-Fi. Large 36 m² covered terrace, gas griddle. Private garden approx. 500 m². Table tennis, table football. An unfenced pond on the property requires parental supervision of young children. Farm breakfasts and meals available upon reservation. Visit the farm (organic vegetable garden). The owners live on-site (privacy assured). Non-smoking accommodation. Just 20 minutes from the majestic Château de Langeais, come and stay in this haven of peace, which has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday, from the décor and amenities to the charm of its magnificent natural surroundings. Elsa and Davy have created the perfect place for a weekend or a week, in the heart of their organic vegetable farm, which you can explore (children will love meeting the farm animals!). You'll be close to Lac de Rillé (15 minutes), a bird sanctuary with plenty of leisure activities (treetop adventure courses, wakeboarding, mini water skiing, paddleboarding, canoeing, etc.), and for swimming, Lac de Hommes is about 12 minutes away. The Loire Valley châteaux (Chinon, Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Saumur, Chambord), as well as nearby Gizeux and Champchevrier, await you. La Flèche Zoo is 35 minutes away. Walks, vineyard visits, and wonderful encounters will be on the agenda for your stay.
