Magnificent property with swimming pool Touraine Châteaux de la Loire
Come and stay in this domain out of sight, in the middle of a park of several hectares.
Exceptional property of 300 m2 with elegant and generous spaces, enjoy a comfortable stay near Tours and the Loire castles.
Large heated swimming pool (accessible from the beginning of June to the end of September), 70m2 reception room with billiards and open fireplace, premium king and queen size bedrooms.
The Accommodation
You will be directly seduced by the spacious entrance equipped with cloakrooms overlooking the office-library room ideal for teleworking, concentration games or relaxation with its large glass door overlooking the countryside.
A large generously equipped kitchen overlooking the garden and the swimming pool will allow you to have breakfast in a small group and, guests, amateur and professional chefs, to prepare meals served in the large adjacent dining room, which can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
On the other side of the entrance is the living room where you can chill in front of your favorite Netflix program in the comfortable sofas and armchairs (SmartTV and Bluetooth speaker). In the extension of the living room, there is a large reception room with an open fireplace, equipped with a billiard table to make your evenings last with family or friends.
PGJyPgA king size bedroom with its en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor.
Take the stairs and discover the rest of the sleeping area. This floor is composed of a corridor leading to five bedrooms, two of which have a king size bed, as well as a dormitory (140 cm bed), offering a view of the park.
All equipped with storage space, they have 3 bathrooms:
- for two of them, each with an adjoining private shower room
- a 3rd large bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower shared by the other two bedrooms.
- a corner bathroom with toilet and shower for the last two bedrooms
We accept small dogs.
The large park has large trees for you to rest in the shade and a large 12x6 heated swimming pool around which the garden furniture (sun loungers, garden furniture, garden dining table) will allow you to enjoy beautiful days and evenings outside.
