Come and stay in our family home ideally located in the city center of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, close to restaurants and shops and 1 minute from the Bay.
The house has 3 bedrooms, an office and can accommodate up to 7 people. You can also enjoy the outdoors thanks to the fenced inner courtyard.
If you are looking for a central and beautifully decorated family home for a getaway in the Baie de Somme, don't wait to book your stay!
The house extends over 130m2 and 3 floors. It has been renovated and decorated in a modern style and with touches of color by a decorator. When you enter, you access the living room, open to the dining room.
The kitchen overlooks the courtyard and is an extension of the dining room, it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave etc. The landing on the 1st floor leads to the living room, the bathroom and a bedroom.
The living room is bright and has been designed for more comfort with armchairs that can form a sofa or remain in individual armchairs. A television is also on site.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a double sink. The toilet is separate. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, decorated in green and wood tones.
On the 2nd floor, you will find a second bedroom decorated in pink tones that can be prepared as a double bedroom of 140x190cm or with 2 single beds, a third bedroom which is a master bedroom with a bed of 180x200cm as well as a 1-seater cabin bed for children of 90x190cm in blue tones.
Finally, on this floor you will find an office and a bathroom with shower and sink.
Household linen (sheets and towels) is included depending on the number of guests and beds desired.
The stairs to access the floors may seem steep, they are not optimal for the elderly or with mobility problems.
The courtyard is very appreciable to enjoy moments of relaxation. You can also leave your bikes there in complete safety!
