Residence: The residence of Hauts de Préclaux, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois Méan's life. It envelops the central square where shops, bars and restaurants keep pace with the daily life of the resort.It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, with sometimes mountain or resolutely modern amenities, all with a balcony or terrace. You will certainly enjoy its superb heated outdoor pool, open in season only, summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins and fitness room. Accommodation: This adorable 2 room apartment of 35m2 is ideally located in the centre of the resort of Orres 1800 in the building "Les Valérianes" of the residence of Hauts de Préclaux, at the foot of the slopes.Completely renovated for the winter 2023-2024 with a modern and warm decoration and upscale new amenities, you will feel at home. This accommodation was labeled 3 larchs by the Tourist Office of Orres.It opens onto an entrance hall with storage, on the right the night corner with custom storage drawers and closet, and on the left the bathroom and toilets. This lobby then opens onto the large new kitchen, then the living room with TV and electric fireplace to warm up your fingers after skiing or to read at the corner of the fire, the master bedroom with closet and individual TV, and finally, the balcony with garden furniture.You will find many facilities to perfect your holiday with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, large refrigerator, recessed oven, raclette and fondue apparatus, electric fireplace and television in the living room as well as in the bedroom.In terms of sleeping, you will have available a bunk bed in 90x190cm in the night corner and a double bed in 140x190cm in the bedroom. A convertible sofa in the living room will complete the beds, to accommodate up to 6 people.You will find yourself just above the Place des Orres 1800 and therefore a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and various activities offered on the resort, but also at the foot of the slopes with a "skis to the feet" access to the chairlift of Prébois or the carpets of Préclaux for the little ones.You will also have a private ski locker to store your equipment safely and access to the residence's heated outdoor pool as well as sauna cabins and fitness area (well-being area open in season only in summer and winter).
