Accommodation: Ideally located in the "Les Colchiques" building of the Hauts de Préclaux, in the heart of the Orres 1800, this 2-room apartment offers an area of 40m2. With its east exposure terrace, you can enjoy the views of the forests of Mélèzes and the slopes.Decorated in a mountain style, the apartment consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed and TV. From this room you access the terrace and its garden furniture, for breakfast, in the sun and aperitifs with friends.The fully equipped kitchen area will include everything you need to make good dishes, as well as coffee maker, toaster, kettle and dishwasher for your comfort.As for sleeping, everyone can choose their space. The accommodation includes a first bedroom with a double bed in 140*190cm and a second with two single beds in 80*190cm. The bathroom and bath tub will give you a moment of relaxation after your favorite sports activities. For your convenience, the apartment has a private ski box where you can leave and return to skis by foot.In addition, the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool will be freely accessible as well as the sauna cabins and fitness area (well-being area open in season only in summer and winter).
