The private gate access allows room for several vehicles next to your private pool and poolside outdoor kitchen. Step into the main home and be greeted by a spacious and inviting open-concept layout that seamlessly blends the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a generously sized island with a sink, perfect for preparing meals and gathering with friends and family. The living area features a sectional sofa and a flat-screen TV, creating a cozy atmosphere for movie nights and relaxation.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed with its own en-suite bathroom, and flat-screen TV. It was a great place for the group we had down here. We were here building a house for a single mom, and at the end of the day to come back to this house was amazing. We also cooked out a few nights and enjoyed all of the amenities. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here with 3 families with young kids. The location was perfect! Quieter area in Langosta but still so close to the beach, restaurants nearby, mini Mart with the essentials a block away, short walk in to Tamarindo. Easy check in, clean, exactly as described in the ad, lots of iguanas visiting. The outdoor kitchen area was great and the whole place felt very secure. Kenner, the property manager, was quick to respond and super helpful and friendly with excellent English. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Spent Christmas here with family (10 of us). So much room and this place has everything you need. So many ways to get to the beach, less than 5 minute walk in any direction. It’s a quiet little area next to the busy town of Tamarindo. So much to do and so close to everything. Nathan and Kenner were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. They helped arrange the best deep sea fishing we could have asked for. This is the place to stay!!!
