Step into a one-of-a-kind ranch experience where nature, animals, and family connection come together. Noah’s Ark is a peaceful 40-acre retreat where kids can roam free, animals greet you daily, and relaxation comes easy — all just 45 minutes from downtown Dallas.
We’re nestled in the country right on the edge of suburbia, giving you the best of both worlds: wide open skies, starry nights, and quiet mornings — with easy access to shopping, dining, and city conveniences just minutes away.
Your Property:
This ranch is more than a getaway — it’s a dream come true. Originally purchased in 1970, this land was the fulfillment of my mother’s vision to create a loving refuge for animals in need. Today, we continue her legacy by caring for a wide variety of rescued animals, and it’s our hope that proceeds from this property will help us expand the care we’re able to provide. You will love the vintage home that sits on the property.
You have the opportunity to meet horses, mini horses, donkeys, mini donkeys, llamas, and goats — all friendly and lovingly cared for. Guests can enjoy feeding them treats (like pears from the on-site tree) with the guidance of our on site ranch hands.
Also, enjoy shuffle board, a classic arcade game, an air hockey table and pool that is heated and has jets, it is like a giant jacuzzi! During the winter months, the nightly rate includes the cost to heat the pool but shuts off at 2 a.m.
Guest Access:
- The Space: The vintage home itself is clean, spacious, and charming, with five comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a fun game room for kids and adults alike.
- Outside: There’s also a 1-acre pond perfect for relaxing by the water or casting a fishing line.
Interaction with guests:
No preference - I follow my guest's lead.

We are a real working ranch and have two ranch hands that help us with the work load, they should not be in the way of your time with us but are available if you are interested in learning more about our furry rescue friends.
