- Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 6+ guests.
- Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
- No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pool and Kiddie Pool: Please note that the pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year.
As this is an outdoor pool, it’s normal for some leaves or debris to appear between cleanings. This does not indicate the pool is unclean—rest assured, all necessary chemicals are properly balanced, and the filtration systems are regularly maintained for your safety and comfort.
NO HEATED POOL
The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate.
- SECURITY CAMERAS -
For security, we have installed two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house.
- House Rule Violations: Can result in reservation cancellation, no refunds, and loss of deposit.
- Pest Control: Pest control service is monthly. Contact us if you encounter bugs. You might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified.
-DISHWASHER TEMPORALLY OUT OF SERVICE-
- Wifi: High-speed wifi is available; no cable.
NO WEAPONS POLICY
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers, and explosives.
Bringing, storing, or using any weapon on the property will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to us and the specific platform you're booking through and local authorities.

The property was as advertised and clean when we arrived. The hosts are outstanding. VERY accommodating with excellent responsiveness and very nice. I stayed for almost a month and everything is in working order. Great appliances including the stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a very large table for large groups staying at the house and lots of beds for sleeping. The location is not far from almost anything you need.
