This cozy, sunny, newly designed single family home is located in a quiet family neighborhood in Southwest Minneapolis! You enjoy both a front and back yard, and plenty of parking on the street right outside the home!
There are 2 beautiful bedrooms w queen beds, an extra queen bed sleeping space off den downstairs, and 2 extra sleeping spaces on couches in the common areas. Gather in my new gourmet kitchen to cook and create meals together! Enjoy, also, a recreation room/den where you can watch movies, sports, play cards and games together! I will welcome your well-behaved dog for a fee, and hope to host you, whether you are a single adventurer, here for work/ business, or a family traveling and exploring beautiful Minnesota!
This house is located just 5 miles from downtown, 4 miles from uptown, 3 miles to Mall of America, and just 10 minutes from the airport.
Just blocks away you will find Southdale Mall, the first original shopping mall in America! Here you will find any kind of store or entertainment, or restaurant your heart desires! Or follow France Avenue further south a few blocks to The Galleria Shops and Restaurants, as well as the unique and beautiful outdoor park built around ponds and a Lake, called Centennial Lakes. In the winter, go ice-skating to classical music, and in the summer, go miniature golfing by the lake, and enjoy outdoor arena concerts and remote mini-sailboat races!
My house is also conveniently located just blocks from Fairview Southdale Hospital and all its specialty facilities. This is a great spot for traveling nurses, doctors, interns and other medical workers., as well as patients in town using facilities.

This home was so convenient, from the airport, to my granddaughters home, and to the nearby grocery store and Dunkin Donuts! The neighborhood was perfect for Fall walks, and my granddaughters enjoyed the coloring pages and games in the lower level. It was a great weekend!

We came to town to see the Mall of America and visit some friends in a near by town. The house was in a great location, 15 mins from the Mall and not far from other shopping opportunities. There was also easy access to the highway. Perfect house for 3 adults and 2 kids. Kids hung out and watched TV in the basement while the adults unwound from the day upstairs. Mary was great about communication. I would stay again if we came back to town.
