Bring the whole family to this wonderful home. This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home was completely renovated in 2024. Located near the Minneapolis/St. Paul international airport and the Mall of America and centrally located to everything the Twin Cities has to offer. With over 2300 square feet, this home is perfect for families, group trips and professionals. This house feels very spacious with a large eat in kitchen, living room, large family room with a wet bar and mini fridge. We are pet friendly. The back yard is fenced in and there is a large patio with a table, chairs and a Blackstone grill. Whether you are visiting for sporting/tournament events, concerts, shows, weddings or in town for work, you will enjoy this wonderful home. We are only 10 minutes from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport and 5 minutes from the Mall of America. Easy access to many attractions in the area. State Fair grounds, US Bank Stadium, Xcel Energy Center, Target Field, Target Center, Allianz Field, The Ordway Theater, Orpheum Theater, State Theater and all Universities. Multiple restaraunts, bars and pubs are near by. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, cross country skiing and downhill skiing. We provide a starter set of paper towels and toilet paper.

We had a wonderful time at this house. We loved the neighborhood. It was near parks, walking trails, stores. The first night we took a walk to get some food and saw a double rainbow and little league games in progress. Neighbors were friendly and fun. The house had a big, fenced back yard with nice furniture. Our puppy had lots of fun playing outside. The kitchen was large and a great gathering place for everyone. Big bedrooms. Great place. Everyone LOVED it.

David’s house was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—conveniently close to the airport and the Twin Cities. Our group consisted of eight adults, and everyone had their own private room, which made the stay especially enjoyable.The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with basic kitchen and bathroom amenities. We did experience a minor issue with the bathtub drain, but David responded promptly and resolved it as soon as we notified him.I highly recommend this property for families or larger groups looking for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood.

This is a beautiful home. In a great location. Just a short drive to the Mall of America. Neighborhood is very quiet.
