Located in Richfield/Edina, just 12 minutes from Mall of America and MSP Airport, and about 15 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis and U.S. Bank Stadium. Centennial Lakes Park is only 5 minutes away, and Patrick’s Bakery and Cub Foods are within walking distance.
Southdale Mall, Galleria, Lifetime Fitness, Target, CVS, Walgreens, Fairview Southdale Hospital, and plenty of restaurants are also just minutes away.
The space:
The home has 3 bedrooms, 5 beds (3 queen beds and 2 twin beds), and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Main floor:
Living room with sofa and armchair, dining table for 6, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a queen bed and dresser.
Upstairs:
Bedroom with a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a desk.
Downstairs:
Bedroom with a queen bed, second bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer.
The living room is the main indoor common area and is most comfortable for groups of 4. There is also a furnished outdoor patio and a fully fenced yard.
Window AC units are located in the living room, main-floor bedroom, and upstairs bedroom.
Crib and high chair are available upon request.
Pets are welcome.

Self check-in with a keypad. Your door code will be provided before check-in. A backup lockbox with a key is also available if needed.

This is a quiet family neighborhood and is not a party house. Parties and events are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
For safety, there is an exterior security camera mounted at the front of the home.
