Recently refurbished for 2023, enjoy a peaceful holiday at this cottage, surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walking opportunities.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Intial logs for wood burner included. Cot and highchair.. Enclosed decked area with garden furniture. Natural, woodland grounds. Private parking for 1 car. Please note: There is an unfenced river adjacent to woodland.. Set in stunning surroundings with uninterrupted views over the surrounding countryside, River Cottage is a charming, self-catering, detached holiday cottage. Idyllically positioned for those seeking a tranquil and rural retreat, surrounded by magnificent scenery, close to the hamlet of Enochdhu in the heart of Perthshire. Once part of the Kindrogan Hunting Estate, the cottage is built on ‘policy ground’ and is renowned for its outstanding countryside, wildlife and dark sky location. There is an abundance of cycle and footpaths from the front door and The Cateran Trail is close by, as is Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski area. After exploring the area, guests can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine and see deer drinking from the river. An abundance of bird life and red squirrels are frequent visitors. Kirkmichael is only 3 miles away and has a local shop, restaurants and pubs, Pitlochry is only 10 miles, Blairgowrie 15 miles and Perth 28 miles. Glenshee Ski Centre is just 20 miles away. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.

The overall experience at River Cottage was excellent we found the cottage very comfortable and clean. All the rooms were furnished to a high standard,the kitchen had everything we needed. Even the outside was very tidy and welcoming.All in all a very enjoyable few days

Well appointed cottage situated in a wonderful riverside location with abundant bird life on its doorstep.There are many walks to be had nearby so it's a great place to unwind.
