Once part of the Kindrogan Hunting Estate, the cottage is built on ‘policy ground’ and is renowned for its outstanding countryside, wildlife and dark sky location. There is an abundance of cycle and footpaths from the front door and The Cateran Trail is close by, as is Glenshee, Scotland’s largest ski area. After exploring the area, guests can relax on the terrace with a glass of wine and see deer drinking from the river. An abundance of bird life and red squirrels are frequent visitors. Kirkmichael is only 3 miles away and has a local shop, restaurants and pubs, Pitlochry is only 10 miles, Blairgowrie 15 miles and Perth 28 miles. Glenshee Ski Centre is just 20 miles away. Shop, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
