About this house rental
We welcome you to stay in our stylish and spacious home-away-from-home in the heart of Cirencester! Set over three thoughtfully designed floors, the house provides ample space for families or groups looking to relax, explore, and enjoy the vibrant local surroundings.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and inviting living room and newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen and dining area - ideal for sharing meals and making memories together! There’s also a convenient downstairs WC for ease.
Upstairs, the first floor features two spacious bedrooms, a master double and a single trundle bed that can be extended to a king size. We also have a sleek family bathroom, as well as access to a private roof garden - a rare gem in the town centre - perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks under the stars.
The second floor includes two more charming bedrooms, and offers a jack and jill bathroom for both rooms, offering privacy and convenience for guests.
Located on Cricklade Street, this beautifully redecorated four-bedroom townhouse offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and Cotswold charm. Whether you`re visiting Cirencester for a weekend getaway, a longer holiday, or a special occasion, this property combines luxury, practicality, and location. Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
