Thoughtfully designed and comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, this unique hideaway is perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to unwind and relax. 10 Minutes from DE turf, 20 minutes from the beach, directly beside yogi bear.
Nestled in the woods, The little house is a brand new, custom-built tiny home offering a cozy and magical escape into nature. Thoughtfully crafted with comfort and charm in mind, this one-of-a-kind retreat features a tasteful mushroom-inspired design throughout—think earthy tones, playful details, and a touch of woodland whimsy that brings the forest indoors.

• A private bedroom with a plush queen-sized bed
• A charming loft bedroom with a couch that lays into a bed
• A convertible sofa bed in the living space for additional guests
🍳 Fully Equipped Kitchen
Cook up your favorites in a full kitchen complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials for dining in or packing a snack
🛁 Spacious Full Bathroom
Enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower in the modern bathroom—

Additional Guests
If you plan to have any additional guests beyond those initially booked, please let us know in advance. There is a $20 fee per additional guest, per day. This includes even if guest are just utilizing pool.
The unit comfortably sleeps 4 but can sleep up to 6 - addition guest after 4 are an additional $20 per guest per night.
We are directly beside Yogi bear campground. Theh offer day passes for the waterpark
Guest have full access to the little home, it does share the property with another airbnb that's at the front of the driveway.
Guest will have shared access to the pool and spa area during the summer and then the indoor hot tub in the sunroom all year round.
We are always available if needed but try to allow our guest to take the lead, if you want to hang with us by the pool, awesome! If you want to be left alone and not even see us, that's fine also!
We are dog friendly - there is a $75 pet fee PER PET.
We do allow extra guest to come and use the amenities for the day, it's $20 per guest per day.
We can usually accommodate early check ins & late check outs - there is a $25 fee for each.
Free Wifi, however it is in the woods so it can be spotty - cell service is great though!
If a pack and play or anything is needed for children we can accommodate!
The pool, playlet & hot tub is directly across the street at our other property! (walking distance)
We do have bikes & beach chairs for guest to use - first come first serve!
No large gatherings or parties
Pets must be approved and paid for
NO smoking / vaping
Absolutely NO pets on furniture, there’s an additional cleaning fee if pets are on furniture!

Marissa was very attentive in answering my questions quickly! The house was perfect for myself and my small dog! It was in close proximity to all the beaches. The bed was super comfortable. The house was spotless. All of the decor in the house was absolutely adorable! Perfect weekend getaway! Thank you for sharing your tiny home!
