Escape to our newly built South Ocean Blvd beach house called South Beach Villa. It's conveniently located across from beach access with a shower to wash off sand from you and/or your beach accessories. Ideal for families, adult getaways, and/or golf trips. Relax on the sandy shores, or be active with nearby water sports, golf courses, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. Play Golden Tee 2025 on the commercial system updated with the latest software & courses.
THE SPACE:
1st Floor:
- Garage - Commercial Golden Tee System w/ 2025 Software Upgrade, Smart TV, Couch, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards, Cooler w/ Wheels, Beach Umbrella, Beach Wagons, Beach Towels, Cornhole, Spike Ball, and more.
2nd Floor:
- Primary Bedroom - 1 King Bed with Full Bath (tub), Smart TV w/ YouTube TV, Dresser, Walk In Closet, and Pack N Play w/ mattress.
- Living Room w/ Smart TV
- Kitchen with 5 high back bar stools, microwave, dishwasher, multi-use Keurig that makes 1 individual K cup or a full pot of coffee, pots & pans, utensils, toaster, blender, and more.
- Dining Room with a 6 person table, toddler table for 2, & high chair.
- Half Bath
- Balcony with high top dining for 4, 2 chairs with ottomans, and LED string lights.
3rd Floor:
- Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed & Smart TV
- Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed & Smart TV
- Full Bath in Hall
- Bedroom 4 - 2 Double Beds w/ Full Bath En-suite & Smart TV

Parking:
The garage can fit up to 2 vehicles depending on the sizes. 2 standard to large cars or SUV’s will fit in tandem on one side of the garage. There are a handful of first come first serve spots on the property shared with other units including a large one right next to this unit. Any additional vehicles will need to pay to park on the street or lots where available.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING
NO DRUGS (including marijuana)
NO PARTIES
QUIET HOURS: 11PM-7AM
(Violating these rules will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Violating the pet and smoking policy will also include a $1,000 cleaning fee plus damages.)

Newly built Beautiful and lovely home. The owners thought of everything we needed to make this an enjoyable experience. Making meals in the functional kitchen was a breeze.Sitting on the balcony and feeling the ocean breeze was exhilarating.My family members and I were comfortable and felt safe.I would definitely rent from this owner again. Can’t wait!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house—it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we could tell how much thought and care the owners put into creating a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a welcoming feel that made us settle in right away.It honestly felt like a private resort. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, from the high-end touches inside to the convenient beach gear provided—chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, even two wagons for the short walk to the shore. The location was ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach—making it easy to go back and forth throughout the day.The owners have truly created a space that balances comfort, convenience, and style. Check-in was seamless, and owners were quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. We can’t recommend this home enough and are already looking forward to booking again!
